Mitchell Friedlander serves as Chairman of The Amenity Collective, having guided the organization through more than three decades of steady growth. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a regional pool services provider into a multi-platform organization spanning aquatics, fitness, and recreation through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Mitch previously served as Chief Executive Officer of The Amenity Collective before assuming his current role as Chairman.
Brian Sheehan
Brian Sheehan serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Amenity Collective, shaping its long-term vision and aligning teams through strategy, culture, and innovation. He fosters a strong, values-driven environment that empowers teams to excel while driving sustainable growth and operational performance.
Previously, Brian served as President of the Commercial Aquatics division. Prior to that, he founded Swim Club Management Group, which The Amenity Collective later acquired.
Robert Szabo
Robert Szabo serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Amenity Collective, shaping financial strategy to strengthen long-term organizational performance. He plays a key role in acquisitions, revenue integration, and financial planning to support sustainable growth.
With extensive experience in Big Four public accounting and global organizations, Robert brings a partnership-driven approach that delivers clarity and value to stakeholders.
Dan Lawler
Dan Lawler serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Amenity Collective, leading operational excellence and financial performance across the company’s brand platforms. He advises platform presidents, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures organizational alignment to strengthen service delivery and the customer experience.
Dan’s background is rooted in the aquatics industry, where he founded a successful pool company before it was acquired—one of the earliest acquisitions made by The Amenity Collective.
Brianna Schweizer
Brianna Schweizer serves as Chief People Officer of The Amenity Collective, overseeing talent acquisition, retention strategies, and all human resources functions to support the company’s growth and values-aligned culture. Her scope includes leadership development, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Brianna began her career as a lifeguard at American Pool before joining LIVunLtd’s human resources team, where she advanced core people-operations practices. She later moved into a broader role with The Amenity Collective, building a modern human resources infrastructure, implementing new technologies, and reinforcing a people-centric culture that supports both employees and organizational performance.
Stevan Fickus
Stevan Fickus serves as Chief Technology Officer of The Amenity Collective, overseeing the IT function and implementing technology solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency across brand platforms. He also leads cybersecurity strategy and develops custom systems tailored to each brand’s needs.
Stevan has led significant digital transformation initiatives that modernized core platforms, improved clarity, and strengthened operational performance across the organization.
Mia Khani
Mia Khani serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Collaboration for The Amenity Collective, leading cross-functional alignment between platform leadership and shared services. She streamlines communication, supports organizational planning, and ensures unified execution across teams.
Mia began her tenure at Continental Pools, advancing through leadership roles that built the foundation for her current role as a strategic link across the organization.
Brian Bergeski
Brian Bergeski serves as Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Aquatics, overseeing strategic growth, financial performance, and operational support across the platform. His leadership ensures each brand has the structure and support needed to deliver for clients and empower teams to lead with confidence.
Brian began his career with construction services at American Pools, later progressing into broader leadership roles across aquatics operations within The Amenity Collective.
Scott Flor
Scott Flor serves as Chief Executive Officer of Amenity Construction Group, leading the construction brands within The Amenity Collective to enhance service delivery and project execution. He leverages scale and market expertise to strengthen profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Scott previously served as President of American Pool’s construction services before leading the formation and growth of The Amenity Collective’s construction platform. He continues to expand construction capabilities into new service areas and markets.
Lisa Kendall
Lisa Kendall serves as Chief Executive Officer of LIVunLtd, overseeing all aspects of fitness center and amenity space management, staffing, equipment distribution, and servicing. Following the consolidation of U.S. and Canada operations, she leads strategy, culture, and execution across North America.
Lisa previously served as Chief Executive Officer for the brand in Canada before expanding her role to oversee operations and development across North America. She has guided the organization through transformational growth with a focus on scalability and maximizing partnership value.
Brian Buccino
Brian Buccino serves as Chief Operating Officer of LIVunLtd, shaping and executing operational strategy to support the company’s long-term vision. He strengthens infrastructure, refines positioning, and aligns messaging across all levels, especially in response to strategic acquisitions and business expansion.
Brian’s leadership is informed by experience in many of the roles he now oversees. He combines a disciplined operational approach with a people-first philosophy, guiding LIVunLtd through significant growth while maintaining excellence in fitness and amenities management.
Troy Lindbeck
Troy Lindbeck serves as Chief Executive Officer of Amenity Pool Services, overseeing strategic initiatives that strengthen business performance and enhance service delivery. His people-first leadership approach, supported by experience in operations, sales, and marketing, ensures reliable, high-quality service aligned with The Amenity Collective’s commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Previously, Troy served as Chief Operating Officer, where he focused on developing industry-leading aquatics teams, strengthening processes, and advancing talent development across the organization.
Kasey Simon
Kasey Simon serves as President and Responsible Officer of United Work and Travel, overseeing the H-2B and J-1 visa programs, legal filings, document issuance, compliance, and the recruitment of more than 10,000 participants annually.
Kasey began his journey with The Amenity Collective as a part-time lifeguard before becoming a full-time staffing director. He later helped launch United Work and Travel, which now places participants from more than 30 countries across multiple industries.
Phil Carter
Phil Carter serves as Executive Vice President of New Business Development for The Amenity Collective, leading integrated commercial strategy across the organization’s brand platforms. He works closely with platform leadership to strengthen national client partnerships, expand commercial opportunities, and advance a unified service model across aquatics, fitness, and recreation.
Most recently, Phil served as Chief Executive Officer of Amenity Pool Services, where he integrated multiple aquatics-based companies into a single, scalable platform. He also launched sales training programs and implemented new technology solutions to advance business strategy and enhance the client experience.
Conor Goodwin
Conor Goodwin serves as Director of Marketing & Communications for The Amenity Collective, overseeing marketing operations and supporting strategic initiatives across brand platforms. He leads core marketing functions including strategic planning, digital marketing, and branding & creative services, partnering with leaders to strengthen brand positioning and drive business objectives.
Conor has helped establish a unified foundation that aligns brand strategy, visual identity, and tactical marketing, supporting cross-functional teams to effectively deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Nicole Grube
Nicole Grube serves as Director of Talent Acquisition for The Amenity Collective, leading executive recruitment and strategic hiring solutions across all platforms. She partners closely with HR and operations leadership to implement best-in-class recruitment practices, apply her expertise across the full employment lifecycle, and support a workplace culture that aligns with organizational goals and long-term growth.
Nicole joined through LIVunLtd, where she refined a recruitment approach tailored to the specialized nature of our businesses. As the organization expanded, she stepped into her current role, applying her skills and passion for strategic hiring to strengthen talent acquisition capabilities across the Collective.
Kevin Mac
Kevin Mac serves as Executive Vice President of New Business Development for The Amenity Collective, leading integrated commercial strategy across the organization’s brand platforms. He works closely with platform leadership to strengthen national client partnerships, expand commercial opportunities, and advance a unified service model across aquatics, fitness, and recreation
Kevin brings extensive experience building national sales organizations in the fitness sector. He played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Advantage Sport & Fitness, which positioned The Amenity Collective as North America’s largest distributor and servicer of fitness equipment.
Eric Rowell
Eric Rowell serves as General Counsel for The Amenity Collective, leading all legal, insurance, and risk management functions across the organization. He provides guidance across diverse operating environments, negotiates contracts, resolves insurance matters, and oversees compliance. He also partners with field operations teams to support safe service delivery and manages fleet operations as part of the company’s broader risk-mitigation strategy.
Eric joined The Amenity Collective through the acquisition of Swim Club Management Group, where he advanced from risk management into a leadership role overseeing all legal functions.
