Mitchell Friedlander serves as Chairman of The Amenity Collective, having guided the company through more than three decades of steady growth. Under his leadership, the company has evolved from a regional pool services provider to an organization spanning aquatics, fitness, recreation, and beyond through strategic acquisitions.
Mitchell began his career as a lifeguard with the company, later serving as CEO of American Pool and The Amenity Collective before transitioning to his current role as Chairman.

Brian Sheehan serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Amenity Collective, shaping its future vision and uniting the team through strategy, culture, and innovation. Deeply committed to people, he fosters a strong, values-driven culture that empowers teams to excel. With a keen focus on both opportunities and challenges, he drives sustainable growth and financial performance, ensuring the organization thrives while creating lasting value for employees, clients, and shareholders.
Previously, Brian served as President of the Commercial Aquatics division. Prior to that, he founded Swim Club Management Group, which The Amenity Collective later acquired.

Robert Szabo
Robert Szabo serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Amenity Collective, shaping financial strategy to supercharge long-term operational success. He also plays a key role in organizational strategy, acquisitions, and integrating new revenue streams.
With experience in Big Four public accounting and global organizations, Robert brings a partnership-driven approach, delivering exceptional value to the company’s stakeholders.

Dan Lawler
Dan Lawler serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Amenity Collective, driving operational excellence and financial performance across the company’s brand platforms. As a key advisor to the platform presidents, he leads strategic initiatives and ensures team alignment and stability to deliver exceptional service and enhance the customer experience.
Dan’s expertise is rooted in the aquatics industry, where he founded a successful pool company in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets before it was acquired—one of the first acquisitions made by The Amenity Collective.

Brianna Schweizer
Brianna Schweizer serves as Chief People Officer of The Amenity Collective, overseeing talent acquisition, retention strategies, and all human resources functions to support the company’s growth and alignment with its core values. Her responsibilities include leadership development, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, compensation, and benefits, with a focus on fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Brianna began her journey with the organization as a lifeguard at American Pools, where she discovered her passion for aquatics. She later joined LIVunLtd’s human resources team, advancing HR practices and cultivating a culture where employees feel valued and engaged. Her strategic vision led her to The Amenity Collective, where she plays a pivotal role in building the HR department, implementing cutting-edge HR technologies, and shaping a people-centric organization that drives both employee satisfaction and business success.

Stevan Fickus serves as Chief Technology Officer of The Amenity Collective, overseeing the IT department and implements technology solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. He champions robust cybersecurity measures while designing custom solutions tailored to the unique needs of each brand within the company.
Stevan’s tenure has been marked by significant digital transformation initiatives that have modernized key platforms, resulting in greater operational efficiency and clarity. These advancements have enabled the brands to better serve customers, innovate faster, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Mia Khani
Mia Khani serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Collaboration of The Amenity Collective, driving cross-functional initiatives as the connection between platform leadership and the shared service teams. Her focus is on aligning efforts and streamlining information flow to drive collaboration and achieve unified success across the organization.
Mia joined the company through Continental Pools, rising through leadership roles before becoming the strategic link between The Amenity Collective and its brands.

Lisa Kendall
Lisa Kendall serves as Chief Executive Officer of LIVunLtd, overseeing all aspects of fitness center and amenity space management, staffing, equipment distribution, and servicing. Following the consolidation of U.S. and Canada operations, Lisa drives strategy, culture, and innovation, guiding leadership to achieve efficient growth and execution across all areas of expertise.
Lisa previously served as Chief Executive Officer for the brand in Canada before expanding her role to oversee brand development and operations across North America. Since then, she has led the organization through transformational growth, focusing on scalability and maximizing value in every partnership.

Brian Buccino
Brian Buccino serves as Chief Operating Officer of LIVunLtd, shaping and executing operational strategy to align with the company’s vision. He optimizes infrastructure, refines positioning, and harmonizes messaging and strategies across all levels in response to strategic acquisitions and business ventures. Brian drives operational scalability by investing in team development and expanding support across shared services to maintain sustained success.
Brian’s leadership is shaped by firsthand experience—having worked in many of the roles throughout his career that he now oversees. He combines a disciplined approach with a deep commitment to a “people first” philosophy, ensuring that both teams and clients thrive. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding LIVunLtd through significant growth, brand acquisitions, and industry consolidation, all while maintaining a strong focus on excellence in fitness and amenities management.

Bob Terpening
Bob Terpening serves as Co-President of Commercial Aquatics, overseeing daily operations of aquatics management services. He is committed to positioning these brands as industry leaders in safety while empowering the next generation of lifeguards and leaders through recruitment, development, and mentorship.
Bob started his career by founding a regional pool company, which he expanded to manage 70 pools before it was acquired by Continental Pools and, subsequently, The Amenity Collective.

Brian Bergeski
Brian Bergeski serves as Co-President of Commercial Aquatics, overseeing strategic growth efforts and the financial health of its brands. He leads the operational support team, which serves and supports all segments of the platform to align long-term objectives and drive sustainable growth—both organically and through acquisitions.
Brian began his career in construction services at American Pools, where he gained experience in different roles across operations. He later advanced within The Amenity Collective, taking on broader leadership positions in commercial aquatics.

Scott Flor
Scott Flor serves as President & CEO of Pearl Pools, managing the executive team through enhanced service delivery and project execution across The Amenity Collective’s construction brands. He leverages scale and market expertise to increase profitability, efficiency, and reputation through exceptional customer service. Scott’s depth of knowledge in commercial and residential operating environments ensure that clients receive the highest level of project satisfaction and value.
Previously, Scott served as President of American Pool’s construction services before leading The Amenity Collective’s construction division at its inception. He continues to strategically grow brand presence, expanding construction services into new service areas and markets.

Phil Carter
Phil Carter serves as Chief Executive Officer at Amenity Pool Services, focusing on team empowerment to ensure exceptional service in comprehensive aquatics maintenance solutions. His responsibilities include implementing operations and sales programs to foster long-term client and vendor relationships while guiding the leadership team to align on business goals and financial performance.
Phil began his career with The Amenity Collective as a lifeguard, advancing through roles in commercial aquatics. He later founded an aquatics-focused technology solutions company and has been instrumental in driving holistic growth, including launching sales training programs, and optimizing CRM strategy before leading the company’s residential aquatics division.

Kasey Simon
Kasey Simon serves as President and Responsible Officer of United Work and Travel, overseeing and managing the H-2B and J-1 visa programs, facilitating the legal filings, visa document issuance, compliance, and recruitment of over 10,000 participants annually.
Kasey’s journey with The Amenity Collective began as a part-time lifeguard during college. After graduation, he became a full-time staffing director, eventually helping launch United Work and Travel to recruit international university students for seasonal work. Today, the program places participants from over 30 countries across multiple industries.
