Phil Carter and Kevin Mac to Lead Integrated Commercial Strategy for Client Partnerships
OWINGS MILLS, MD — November 17, 2025 — The Amenity Collective, North America’s leading provider of single-source solutions across the aquatics, fitness, and recreation industries, today announced two senior leadership appointments to advance the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Phil Carter and Kevin Mac have both been named Executive Vice Presidents of New Business Development, responsible for leading integrated commercial strategy across The Amenity Collective’s 12 brands. This alignment streamlines the company’s aquatics, fitness & recreation services to strengthen commercial partnerships, driving strategic growth while delivering greater value and efficiency for clients.
The leadership appointments mark another milestone in The Amenity Collective’s strategy to strengthen cross-platform alignment and deliver scalable, single-source solutions across the aquatics, fitness, and recreation industries. The company’s integrated offerings combine staffing, construction, design, consulting, and operations to meet evolving client needs. Together, Phil and Kevin will drive national business development efforts and advance the company’s integrated service model for real estate developers, operators, and property managers across North America.
“This is an important step in our vision of strengthening our brands, supercharging their success, and building an iconic company,” said Brian Sheehan, CEO of The Amenity Collective. “Many of our clients operate both aquatics and fitness spaces, and strengthening those relationships is a key priority. Phil and Kevin bring deep expertise in these areas, are results driven, and share a focus for delivering a high level of client service. Together, they represent the future of how we’ll serve our clients—with a more connected, strategic, and comprehensive approach to exceptional client service.”
Phil Carter, a 25-year veteran of the organization, most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Amenity Pool Services, a brand platform of The Amenity Collective, where he recently led the integration of multiple aquatics-based companies that formed the foundation of the brand, delivering greater scale and operational efficiency. He has been instrumental in expanding The Amenity Collective’s commercial and residential aquatics business, strengthening performance and elevating the client experience.
Kevin Mac joined The Amenity Collective in February 2024 as Executive Vice President of Sales at LIVunLtd, the company’s premier fitness & recreation brand, where he led U.S. fitness equipment sales. He played a key role in developing the strategy that led to the acquisition of Advantage Sport & Fitness in January 2025, helping establish The Amenity Collective as North America’s largest distributor and servicer of commercial fitness equipment. Prior to joining the organization, Kevin held senior leadership roles at Life Fitness, including Vice President of Sales for North America, overseeing strategy across the hospitality, multi-unit housing, education and athletic, and country club verticals.
The appointments are the latest in a series of leadership additions designed to strengthen The Amenity Collective’s core operations and advance cross-functional alignment. In July, the company was recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace in the Real Estate Industry by Top Workplaces, reflecting its ongoing commitment to team development and internal mobility.
