Before joining The Amenity Collective, he served as General Counsel for Swim Club Management Group—later acquired by The Amenity Collective—and held prior roles in the insurance industry, including at an insurance defense firm in Charlotte.
“Eric has been a steady and trusted leader within our organization, always stepping up to ensure our teams are supported and protected,” said Brian Sheehan, CEO of The Amenity Collective. “His deep understanding of our business, combined with his legal expertise and practical approach, makes him an invaluable asset. We’re proud to see him step into this role, and we know he’ll continue to drive our legal strategy forward with the same dedication and care he’s shown from day one.”
As COO of Amenity Pool Services, part of The Amenity Collective’s portfolio of brands, Troy will lead operational strategy, oversee marketing efforts, drive business growth, and enhance service delivery across APS’s residential and commercial pool divisions. He will focus on expanding APS’s market presence, increasing optimizing efficiency, and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring the company continues to set the standard for excellence in pool maintenance, repair, and renovation.
Troy brings over a decade of experience in aquatics, franchise development, real estate, construction, and service operations. He most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa, where he led franchise development, real estate, and operational strategy across 300+ locations in the Southeast. Prior to that, Troy held leadership roles at RaceTrac Petroleum and Dick’s Sporting Goods, where he developed and executed marketing and operational strategies to drive business growth.
“Troy is a dynamic leader with a proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive business success,” said Phil Carter, President of APS. “His deep expertise in operations, marketing and customer service makes him uniquely equipped to lead APS into its next phase of growth.
