OUR Criteria

We are actively seeking partnerships with successful, privately-held companies who are seeking one or more of the following:

  • A partner with the strategic vision and financial capacity to drive business growth

  • The ability to convert equity value into cash for shareholders

  • Assistance for management buy-outs

  • A buy-out of inactive business partners

  • An exit strategy for founders, parent companies and/or portfolio investors.

We acquire equity interests ranging from 60% to 100%.
